1. Delivery Options

We offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs:

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
• Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 12 PM local time

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will vary based on the delivery option you select and your location:

• Standard Delivery: PKR 200
• Express Delivery: PKR 500
• Same-Day Delivery: PKR 800

3. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM on business days will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order through our website by logging into your account.

5. Delivery Restrictions

• We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan. Please note that delivery times may vary for remote areas.
• Some delivery options may not be available in certain areas. You will be informed of any restrictions during the checkout process.

6. Receiving Your Delivery

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
• Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage. If you notice any damage, please report it to the delivery personnel and contact our customer service immediately.

7. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund.

8. International Delivery

Currently, we do not offer international delivery. We deliver exclusively within Pakistan.
